The focal point for Advanced Communication Solutions(ACS) installation, service and repair is the National Service Center. The goal of the National Service Center is to continually improve service and support to our customers.
Technicians- All ACS technicians are manufacturer certified. ACS has nationwide access to over 1000 technicians that are certified on Nortel & Avaya products.
Response Time- A proven track record for our customers yielding the following results:
- 4.5 hour response for routine service calls.
- 45 minute response on emergency service calls.
Automated Service Control System- All service calls and MAC's are entered into our Automated Service Control System. This system tracks all activity by age and priority. It then provides detailed reports on an individual system basis.
